Ms. Goodman is the newest member of the KGP team, supporting all KGP engagements on a daily basis. As part of KGP’s financial advisory team assigned to KGP’s Military Family Housing Privatization and Enhanced Use Leasing projects for the U. S. Air Force, Ms. Goodman provides data management, logistical support and is responsible for financial research and analysis to support project pro formas and economic analyses.
She also supports private equity clients’ needs and recently assisted with the preparation of the preferred placement memorandum, organizational documents and marketing materials for a pending transaction. Her strong attention to detail, clear and concise writing style and diligence assures that KGP communicates effectively at all times
In addition, Ms. Goodman provides comprehensive administrative support to assure a smoothly functioning office where the entire KGP team is able to rely fully on her organizational, administrative and multi-tasking skills to guarantee that assignments are completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Ms. Goodman attended The George Washington University and holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Memphis.
